NTC is an Italian company active in the B2B business in various Therapeutic Areas, such as Ophthalmology, Pediatrics,

Respiratory/Allergy, Gynecology/Urology, Gastro – Metabolism and OTC, with activities covering more than 70 countries in the world.

NCT is looking for a Business Development & Licensing Manager to promote his portfolio internationally. This is a senior licensing position implying high level of autonomy and the direct responsibility for the territory.

NCT  also consider candidates resident abroad (ideally in Germany and UK).

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiation and successful conclusion of Licensing and Distribution deals in the Area of responsibility
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Elaboration of Business cases.
• Achievement of the Budget of the Therapeutic Area of responsibility

 Profile

• 5-10 years’ experience in the job in Pharma/Nutraceuticals and OTC in the Area
• Bachelor qualifications in Health Sciences, or similar disciplines
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Ability to recognize business opportunities and driving momentum proactively
• Team working attitude
• Good handling of informatics tools

Languages

• English: fluent written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Germany or other European languages will represent prefereed factor
