Job Description

Job title: International Business Development & Licensing Manager
Division/Department: Business Development & Licensing
Direct reports to: Head of Business Development & Licensing
Interfunctional coordination: Regulatory, Customer Care, Procurement

Duties and Responsibilities 
The candidate will be responsible of:
• Negotiation and successful conclusion of Licensing and Distribution deals in the Area of responsibility
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Elaboration of Business cases
• Achievement of the Budget of the Therapeutic Area of responsibility

Employee Profile
Education and/or Qualifications: Bachelor qualifications in Health Sciences, or similar disciplines

Competencies and experience
• 3 years’ previous experience in Marketing or Business Development gained in multinational companies
• Excellent negotiation capacity with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Ability to recognize business opportunities and driving momentum proactively
• Team working attitude
• Good handling of informatics tools
• English fluent written and spoken
• French and/or German fluent written and spoken
